Green River Valley Jeep Club Dissolved
Mike got this sad news From Arlene Brooks
"For the record, letting you know that the Green River Valley Jeep Club after 50 + years dissolved at 8:55 p.m. Wednesday January-11-2017
As for club items (banner, club history, photos) we will still retain them for future reunions that may occur – just let one of us know.
We will be doing an inventory sometime in March so a record can be kept as to where the stored items can be found."

Green River Jeep Club Reunion 2015 July 25, 2015
See details below...
GREEN RIVER VALLEY JEEP
CLUB "GRVJC"
History
Green River Valley Jeep Club was incorporated in 1965 and joined the Pacific
Northwest Four Wheel Drive Association that same year.
MOTTO
The clubs main objective shall be service, when needed, anywhere, anytime;
To promote sound and sportsman like driving practices, on an off, the public
highways;
To stimulate interest in four wheel drive operation, ownership and equipment;
To acquaint the public with pleasure of Jeeping as a sport not merely as a means
of transportation.
Besides being a primarily, short wheel base,
Jeep, trail running club, we have also been involved with competitive events:
hosting 1968 Summer Convention and sponsored eight annual playdays in the
Enumclaw area from 1972 to 1980.
We currently carry a roster of eight families; some retired, semi-retired and
some still adding to a forty hour workweek.
We are always looking for new members to add to our list.
The GRVJC Reunion turned out great. We had decent weather and a group of about 50 old & new members.
We collected $151.00 for the Porta Potties. Thanks to all that donated.
Today 8/7/2015 (Friday) I finally got some pictures on this website. If anyone wants one full size just email me for a copy.
Here is the photo album link to see them. Be patient for them to load as there are lots of them.
Picture of our two recently departed buddies. We were on a sleeping bag run over the Naches Jeep Trail.

Brandy Clark
Brandy Elizabeth CLARK Aug. 30, 1970 - May 5, 2012 Brandy passed away at U of W Medical Center with the very best of medical care, compassion and dignity. Brandy was born with a severe birth defect Spina Bifida and always tried to live life on the bright side in spite of her many health challenges. A special thank you to Dian Britt her U of W PA for l2yrs. "Hey Dian 3 liters of water a day-how about IV diet coke." You were always straight up with me! Brandy had a strong will to live and she would tell you it was all worth it. Total Living Concept has supported Brandy during her adult years, which gave her many amazing experiences. She loved her friends and would especially like to thank Sharon Ward and Jullianne Perkowsky for all of the laughs and wonderful care. Brandy's favorite things were baking cookies and playing cards at Grandma Clarks house (her BEST friend), lunch at the Olive Garden, going to the ocean, Crazy Eights - could play for hours and visits with Mom. Brandy is survived by her parents Marge and Dick Tibeau of Winlock and Dan and LaVene Clark of Ravensdale. Grandmothers Mary Hertzog (you bring the Dusty Burgers) of Wenatchee and Betty Clark of Black Diamond. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Brandy may be sent to Seattle Childrens, 4800 Sandpoint Way NE, Seattle, WA.
